The outer most planet is home to a series of 12 moons, the larger moons are occupied by a limited population of settlers from other worlds in the Cetus Region. The moon is too cold for humans to live outside unprotected, this forces them to live in enclosed cities dotted across the surface.
Various concepts of terraforming the system’s larger moons have been proposed over the years.
