The primary planet of the Ember System is a dry, desert world that orbits the red giant sun. Nomad's travelling through the Hercules Region were the first to try to settle the harsh world.
The entire group perished along with numerous parties afterward, who attempted to conquer the planet. On the planet's surface intense wind and dust storms are common, as well as there's only limited oxygen available in the atmosphere, making surviving on the planet akin to living in high altitude.
Only a small population live on the surface, with most living in orbit.
